Our FOUNDING STORY<\/h2>

The idea for BIM TO BAP was first born in 2023, conceived by two friends (Ryszard and Gordon) united by their passion for the bold flavours of Korean cuisine.

Their favourite dish was the iconic Bibimbap, and they set out to create a restaurant in Krakow to share and celebrate this culinary delight.

After months of meticulous testing and refinement, involving over a hundred recipes, they created our very own signature Bibimbap. This relentless pursuit was driven by their unwavering commitment to recreate the quality, warmth, and comfort of a homemade meal within the dynamic environment of a casual restaurant-cafe.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
